StudyUpAI is operated by Kiyan R Thakor. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your StudyUpAI Plus or Ultimate subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

All payments for StudyUpAI are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout to access your order.
  2. Open the relevant order and select Request a refund.
  3. Alternatively, email us at piumolang.911@gmail.com with your order ID and we will arrange the refund with Paddle for you.

Refunds are usually processed within 3–10 business days back to your original payment method.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days from the original order date, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time from the Plans page or from your billing portal to stop future renewals. We will still consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable consumer protection law or in cases of clear service failure — contact us at piumolang.911@gmail.com.

Cancellations vs refunds

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but is separate from a refund. Per our cancellation policy, access ends when your subscription is cancelled. If you want both a refund and to stop your subscription, request the refund as described above — Paddle will handle both.
